When will I receive my order?

The expected delivery date of an order is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before the order is placed.

The production time and the availability of the ordered items as well as the actual delivery time are calculated based on the distance between the depot and the delivery address.

Please note that all calculations are based on business days. The shipping confirmation email will contain the estimated delivery date. We will notify our customers of any changes where this is possible.

What is the status of my order?

All the latest information about an order or how to track a delivery can be found on our Order Status website. If you pay by credit card, you can also change the order details here. Items that can be changed are marked with an edit button.

We will send an order confirmation email confirming receipt of the order. When the order has been accepted and shipped, we will send another shipping confirmation email with information about the shipping partner and estimated delivery dates.

Track my order online?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the shipment. Unfortunately, shipment tracking is not possible for forwarding agents.

To track an order, click Account at the top of the page and then select Track Order. Alternatively, click here. The Account page shows the current status of the order, the items ordered, and the estimated shipping and delivery dates. The order can also be tracked here.

Can I change my order?

Once the order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

As long as no shipping confirmation email has been received, information can still be updated online via our order status website. If it is not possible to edit the information there, the inup Store Customer Service will help.

No order or shipping confirmation received?

In this case, it should be checked whether the e-mail address given when ordering is correct. It could also be that our emails went to the spam folder.

The stored e-mail address can be changed via our website for the order status.
