Harvia sauna stones are more than just heat reservoirs; they are the heart of every sauna. Made from dark grey olivine diabase, they combine centuries-old sauna tradition with modern precision. Each stone is raw, unpolished, allowing the water to evaporate optimally across the large surface area of ​​the broken edges, ensuring the full effect of the steam.

Massive, rough-hewn stones store enormous heat and release it evenly. This creates the characteristic, soft steam that makes the Finnish sauna so unique. Their angular shape also allows for good air circulation, protects the heating elements, and extends their lifespan.

Each batch is carefully inspected, free from harmful substances, robust, and with excellent thermal conductivity. Harvia uses only natural olivine diabas, traditionally prized in Finland as a sauna stone.

Two sizes for each oven model.
Choose the appropriate type of stone according to the size of your oven:
5–10 cm, ideal for compact sauna stoves or as a top layer.
10–15 cm, perfect for large ovens with a high stone volume.
